At Sluiceboy Prospecting, we take pride in our fast handling & delivery times. You deserve to get your package as soon as possible!
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Handling Time
We ship many orders same day! Orders that come in after 2pm may be shipped next day, instead of same day. Larger orders may take 1-2 days.
Please allow a bit extra handling time during the holidays.
Please contact us if you have any questions about your order &/or delivery times.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is FREE
Our preferred carrier is USPS. You will receive a tracking number with your order.
What's More: USPS Tracking® can provide updates for incoming packages, provide delivery instructions, manage notifications, and schedule redelivery if needed!
First Class (Standard) packages range from 3-5 days
Priority Mail packages range from 1-3 days

Sluiceboy Prospecting ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sluiceboy Prospecting is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sluiceboy Prospecting is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
