Handling Time & Delivery Estimates
When it comes to receiving your order from Sluiceboy Prospecting, we understand that time is of the essence. That's why we prioritize fast handling and delivery times to ensure you get your package as soon as possible.
Our preferred carrier for shipping is USPS, and for larger and heavier orders, we use UPS or FedEx. Rest assured, you will receive a tracking number with your order, allowing you to stay updated on its progress.
With USPS Tracking®, you can enjoy a range of benefits, including updates on incoming packages, delivery instructions, notifications, and the ability to schedule redelivery if needed.
For standard shipping, our First Class packages typically arrive within 3-5 days. If you choose Priority Mail, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 days. UPS/FedEx (used for larger orders) typically estimates 2-5 days.
We pride ourselves on our quick handling times. In most cases, we ship orders out the same day they are placed! However, larger orders may take 1-2 days to process. If you have any questions about your order or delivery times, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Sluiceboy Prospecting ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes: Sluiceboy Prospecting is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Sluiceboy Prospecting is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
